When are you open?
During School Term March/April 2024:
We are open at 930am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
We normally close at 6pm, except on Monday when we close at 5pm.
We are closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during school term.

What age is Five Star Fun suitable for?
We recommend Five Star Fun is most suitable for children up to about 9 years of age.
Do I need to book in advance?
No, you do not need to book in advance for general admission. If you have a very large group or party, we do recommend you book ahead. There may occasionally be a short wait for admission during busy periods.
How much is admission?
Children aged 3 and over are €10. Toddlers €6.
We do not charge admission for pre-walkers or adults.
Where can I park?
We have parking available around the premises. There is now also a new public car park open behind the pharmacy across the road from Five Star Fun. Please always park safely and legally when visiting us and respect our local businesses, neighbours and other road users. Take care when driving around Five Star Fun as there will naturally be children walking in and out.
What should they wear?
We strongly recommend long sleeve tops and full length trousers are worn. Any ties, buckles, laces etc hanging loose from garments must be removed for your safety and the safety of our other customers. Jewellery must also be removed.
Socks MUST be worn at all times by children and any adult in our toddler area or play frame. Shoes are not permitted on the play equipment.
Can I leave my child/party and come back?
No. You must stay on the premises at all times.
In addition. you alone must ensure your child/party are capable of safely using our facilities. You must ensure they play safe with all other guests and abide by the rules on display in Five Star Fun.
Rough play or any abuse whatsoever of our facilities, other customers or staff will not be tolerated and you and your child/party will be told to leave Five Star Fun.
Do you serve food?
Yes, we have a full coffee shop in Five Star Fun serving hot food, cakes, treats and drinks. Hot food kitchen closes one hour prior to Five Star Fun.
Can I bring in my own food?
No. With the exception of birthday cakes, it is not permitted to bring in food or drink from outside. For food safety reasons this is strictly enforced and we thank you for understanding.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
With advance notice, we are happy to try and help if we can.

Can you provide a birthday cake?
No, we do not provide birthday cakes.
My child loves Elsa/Arsenal FC, can I decorate the party room myself?
Within reason, absolutely yes. But please bear in mind there may be another party before and after yours and we would ask you be respectful of this.
Can I book Five Star Fun just for my party?
Yes, only outside our normal opening hours. Give us a call to discuss.
